新的课程改革进度的不断加快挑战着高职院校的课堂教学活动,给课程教学的开展工作带来新的要求和目标。在应对新课程改革的各种挑战和变革过程中,各个院校不断创新教学管理模式,其中,赏识教学模式是目前为止,我国各高职院校进行学生管理活动时所普遍采取的一种教学管理模式。这种教学管理模式的运用,能够很好的树立和培养学生学习的信心,提升他们的自信力,同时,在人格中塑造方面,这种教学管理模式还能够给予学生在其人生成长阶段极大的帮助,促进他们树立正确的人生观和世界观。
