对河南省2004年379个烤烟样品烟叶的有机酸含量进行了分析,并采用SPSS13.0软件,研究了烟叶的18种有机酸和对应土壤样品的23个土壤理化性状指标的相关关系。结果表明,河南省不同产区烤烟烟叶有机酸总量基本接近,但是不同种类有机酸的含量差异较大。各种有机酸中,以苹果酸的含量最高,柠檬酸含量次之。三类有机酸含量中,以多元羧酸的含量最高,不饱和脂肪酸含量次之,饱和脂肪酸含量最低。统计分析表明,土壤的23项理化指标和烟叶有机酸含量有不同程度的相关关系,其中以全磷、速效钾、有机质、全氮、镁、pH和钠等6个指标和烟叶有机酸含量关系较密切。采用逐步回归分析的方法,构建了土壤理化指标与烟叶有机酸含量的回归方程,逐步回归方程均达到显著水平。
The contents of organic acids in 379 flue-cured tobacco samples collected from Henan Province in 2004 were analyzed. SPSS13.0 software was used to study the relationship between 23 organic-inorganic trace elements and soil physical and chemical properties in 18 soil samples. The results showed that the total amount of organic acids in the flue-cured tobacco leaves in different areas of Henan Province was basically the same, but the contents of different kinds of organic acids were quite different. A variety of organic acids, the highest content of malic acid, followed by citric acid content. Among the three kinds of organic acids, the content of polycarboxylic acid is the highest, the content of unsaturated fatty acid is the second, and the content of saturated fatty acid is the lowest. The statistical analysis showed that 23 physical and chemical indexes of soil had different degrees of correlation with the content of organic acids in tobacco leaves. Among them, 6 indexes of total phosphorus, available potassium, organic matter, total nitrogen, magnesium, pH and sodium and organic acid content of tobacco Closely. The regression equation of soil physical and chemical indicators and organic acid content of tobacco was constructed by stepwise regression analysis, and the regression equation reached a significant level step by step.
