MMP-2是重要的蛋白水解酶,能介导的基底膜组成成分和细胞外基质大分子的重塑,CD147最早从肺癌细胞系LX-1中被分离出来,与MMP-2关系密切,二者参与了肿瘤侵袭和转移的多步骤过程。本文就二者的生物学特点及在妇科肿瘤中的研究现状作一概述。
MMP-2 is an important proteolytic enzyme that can mediate the remodeling of basement membrane components and extracellular matrix macromolecules. CD147 was first isolated from lung cancer cell line LX-1 and closely related to MMP-2. Participate in tumor invasion and metastasis of the multi-step process. This article summarizes the biological characteristics of the two and the research status in gynecologic oncology.
