为从学报刊发本校论文比例变化研究学报发展中的稿源适度开放问题,以《辽宁工程技术大学学报(自然科学版)》1997～2006年数据实证研究该学报发表的本校论文比例变化,结果显示:本校论文篇数占学报刊发论文总篇数及学报刊发本校论文篇数占全校发表论文总篇数比例双双下降。认为学报发展必须开放,本校论文比例要下降,但学报性质,决定了其必须以刊发本校论文为主,规定刊发本校论文的最低比例,即学报发展应遵循适度开放的原则;并提出了以学校优势学科为依托办开放性的特色栏目,同时对本校成长学科的论文适当执行本校论文最低比例的建议。
