教学目标:通过学习本节课,使学生掌握显微镜的基本结构和作用;在生活当中,能学会使用显微镜观察玻片标本,以此来培养学生的观察分析能力和实践能力。教学重点:学会识别掌握显微镜的结构,并能在生活实践中应用。教学难点:显微镜的科学原理。课前准备:学生:准备绿叶,预习课文相关内容;教师:准备多台显微镜。课时安排:一课时。教学过程:一、激情导入新课首先,教师向学生展示生物体(动物、植物、人)的 Teaching Objectives: Through the study of this lesson, students can master the basic structure and function of the microscope; in life, they can learn how to use the microscope to observe the slide specimens so as to cultivate students’ ability of observation and analysis and practice. Teaching focus: learn to grasp the structure of the microscope, and can be applied in life practice. Difficulties in teaching: the scientific principles of microscopy. Pre-class preparation: Students: Prepare green leaves, pre-lesson text related content; Teacher: prepare multiple microscopes. Class schedule: a lesson time. Teaching process: First, the passion into the new class First, teachers show students the organisms (animals, plants, people)
