该书是一套解决销售团队管理困惑的开山之作,任何经理人都能在书中找到互动的“把手”。我买书有四个依据:一是根据选题。如我曾经遇到过的好选题有《伟大的博弈》、《最后的帝国》、《大而不倒》等。这类图书只要是翻译引进的,又属于热点题材,我一般会直接购买。二是根据内容。比如《管理百年》、《影响力》、《怪诞经济学》、《20世纪最伟大的心理学实验》等。这些图书的内容比较系统,十分经典并经过多次再版。这种图书的选择比较难,需要多参考其他读者的评价及翻阅书的目录来大致了解书的内容。
