目的 探讨bax和bcl 2蛋白表达在食管癌发生和发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化、流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光技术对 70例食管鳞癌组织bax和bcl 2蛋白进行定性和定量检测。结果 免疫组化研究示bax蛋白阳性表达 32例 ,bcl 2蛋白阳性表达 43例 ,bax和bcl 2蛋白表达与肿瘤病理分级和淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 0 5) ,但与临床分期之间差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5) ;流式细胞定量研究示bax蛋白阳性表达 39例 ,bcl 2蛋白阳性表达 65例 ,bax和bcl 2蛋白表达率和表达量与肿瘤病理分级、分期和淋巴结转移无明显相关 (P >0 0 5)。结论 bax和bcl 2蛋白的异常表达在食管癌发生和发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of bax and bcl 2 protein in the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry and immunofluorescence were used to detect the bax and bcl 2 proteins in 70 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Results Immunohistochemical study showed that 32 cases were positive for bax protein and 43 cases were bcl 2 protein. The expressions of bax and bcl 2 protein were closely related to tumor grade and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Flow cytometry showed that 39 cases were positive for bax protein and 65 cases were positive for bcl 2 protein. The expression rates of bax and bcl 2 were correlated with tumor grade, There was no significant correlation between lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusion Abnormal expression of bax and bcl 2 proteins plays an important role in the development and progression of esophageal cancer.
