对姥鲨 (CetorhinusmaximusGunner)软骨粉的营养成分进行了分析测定 ,并对大鼠进行了 30天喂养试验。试验结果表明 ,姥鲨软骨粉营养十分丰富 ,蛋白质高达 70 %左右 ,钙1 76 % ,氨基酸总量大于 5 4% ;大鼠经过 30天喂养 ,各剂量组生长良好 ,体重增加 ,食物利用率、血液学指标和脏器系数均未见异常。生化指标测定结果表明 ,2 5 0 0mg/kg和 5 0 0 0mg/kg与阴性对照组比较 ,GPT(谷、丙转氨酶 )有所降低、CR(肌苷 )有所提高、TG(甘油三脂 )显著低于对照组并显示良好的剂量反应关系 ,提示该产品有较好的降血脂作用。产品经过两年保存 ,稳定性良好
