近年来,子宫内膜癌在国内的发病率明显升高,导致该类恶性肿瘤发生、发展的遗传因素很多。色素域解旋酶DNA结合蛋白4(CHD4)、F框/WD40域蛋白7(FBXW7)和SPOP基因是最新发现的三个遗传驱动基因,它们在人类细胞周期的进展及细胞的生长、分化中起着重要的作用,可引起恶性肿瘤的发生、发展及变化,使不良预后增加。该文就联系这三个基因各自的结构与作用机制,及其在子宫内膜癌中的表达现状进行综述。
