《经济师》杂志应当是经济师的大学。这是广大经济师读者的希望,也是我们杂志社编者的志向。但是和博士后一样,从一定意义上讲经济师后需要学习的知识也是浩如烟海,需要从哪学起呢?根据读者“急用先学”的建议,我们这几年先后开办了社会主义市场经济讲座、经济师如何写论文等,深受读者的欢迎。根据读者的要求,我们从今年开始,请上海经济管理学院副院长余长国教授开办《资产评估知识讲座》,这是一门“新”知识,是在市场经济条件下经济师的一门必修课。1997年在我国历史上是一个重要的年份,政治生活中有两件举世瞩目的大事:一是我国将恢复对香港行使主权;二是召开党的第十五次全国代表大会。在经济工作中,我们将按着中央“把握大局,再接再励,同心同德,开拓前进”。在经济政策方面,中央将加大改革特别是国有企业改革的力度,加快产业重组,因此资产活动、资产评估将成为一种大量、经常、普通现象。我们的经济师在计划经济时期,学习的主要是资产静态条件下的管理知识,如何由生产经营、资产经营向资本经营跨越,需要学习一系列的新知识、新操作,资产评估知识就是其中重要内容之一。我们希望通过《资产评估知识讲座》抛砖引玉,推动全国的广大经济师提高素质,更好更快的掌握市场经济的操作知识、很好地推动改革与发展,大踏步前进!《资产评估知识讲座》、全年十二讲,每讲附思考题,下一讲发思考题的参考答案,供参考或深入研讨。我们期望广大经济师积极参与和我们一起把这个栏目办好。 Economist magazine should be an economist’s college.
