在产业结构调整升级的大环境下,能综合运用知识和技能解决实际问题的人才大受企事业的青睐。然而大多数此类院校还是传统的培养模式,以课堂理论讲授为主,学生没有足够的实践机会。在学校和企事业之间,总有一道难以逾越的“鸿沟”。为了填平这条沟壑,各大高校展开了人才培养模式的改革与创新。四川工商学院计算机专业采用的项目引进工作室的人才培养模式,使得产学研赛能有效融合。本文探讨了这一模式的目标与实施方案,以及取得的初步成效。
Under the environment of industrial restructuring and upgrading, talents who can comprehensively apply knowledge and skills to solve practical problems are greatly favored by enterprises and institutions. However, most of these institutions are still traditional training modes, which are mainly taught in the classroom theory. Students do not have enough practical opportunities. There is always an insurmountable “gap” between schools and enterprises. In order to fill this gully, the major colleges and universities have launched the personnel training mode reform and innovation. Sichuan University of Business and Technology introduced the use of professional projects in the studio personnel training mode, making production and research races can be effectively integrated. This article explores the goals and implementation of this model, as well as the initial results achieved.
