科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针。开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动,就是要求我们深刻理解和全面把握科学发展观的科学内涵、精神实质、根本要求,用科学发展观统领财政工作,增强在财政工作中贯彻落实科学发展观的自觉性和坚定性,努力推进财政改革与发展。
