以国内某钢铁公司的CAS-OB精炼钢包为原型,在相似性原理的基础上建立了水模型,研究在CAS-OB精炼过程中底吹气量、渣层厚度对排渣直径和临界卷渣气量的影响。根据试验结果提出以下优化方案:排渣时期底吹气量应控制在500 L/min;精炼时底吹气量应控制在600~700 L/min;软吹时期底吹气量应控制在500 L/min。工业试验表明,CAS-OB底吹气量优化后钢液的洁净度和可浇铸性有所提高。
Based on the CAS-OB refining ladle of a steel company in China, a water model was established on the basis of the similarity principle to study the relationship between the bottom blowing volume and the thickness of the slag layer during the process of CAS-OB refining.
