目的 探讨富马酸二甲酯 (dimethylfumarate ,DMF)、磷化铝 (aluminiumphosphide ,AP)和除霉净在农户储粮防霉实践中的实际应用价值。方法 采用河北省磁县农户储存小麦容器中现场施药和实验室霉菌分离培养计数的方法 ,观察分析DMF、AP和除霉净对储粮霉菌生长的抑制作用。结果 磁县农户储存小麦霉菌污染比较普遍 ,1996~ 1999年霉菌污染率为 6 7 5 %到 10 0 % ,3种化学防霉药物对磁县农户储存小麦均有防霉效果 ,DMF、AP、DMF/AP和除霉净防霉有效率分别为 91 2 %、85 2 %、10 0 %和 10 0 % ,霉菌生长抑制率分别为 (6 1 9± 2 1 6 ) %、(6 4 0± 2 1 6 ) %、(72 5± 18 0 ) %和(6 3 1± 2 4 3) %。结论 MF、AP和除霉净对河北省磁县储粮均有防霉效果 ,但AP有一定毒性不宜推广使用
Objective To investigate the practical application value of dimethylfumarate (DMF), aluminiumphosphide (AP) Methods The method of on-site pesticide application and laboratory mold isolation and counting in a container for storing wheat in Cixian County of Hebei Province was used to observe the inhibitory effects of DMF, AP and mold-removing net on the growth of grain-storage mold. Results Fungus contamination of wheat was more common in Cixian farmers. From 1996 to 1999, the fungal contamination rates were between 67.5% and 100%. Three chemical antifungal drugs had antifungal effects on wheat stored in Cixian County. The effects of DMF, AP, The effective rates of DMF / AP and mold removal were 91 2%, 85 2%, 100% and 100%, respectively, and the inhibition rates of mold growth were (6 1 9 ± 2 1 6)% and ± 2 1 6)%, (72 5 ± 18 0)% and (6 3 1 ± 2 4 3)% respectively. Conclusion MF, AP and mildew were both mildew resistant in Cixian County of Hebei Province, but AP should not be used in some extent
