在实际的教育教学实践中,有些高中班主任感到困惑的是,在班级管理工作中投入极大的精力,但收效不够显著,疲惫不堪。其中一个重要原因是没有充分发挥班集体的激励功能,不能做到事半功倍。因此如何发挥班集体激励功能,无论对教育改革的深化,还是对班集体理论与实践的发展,都有着十分重要的意义。班主任是班级工作的组织者、管理者和策划者,一个班级是否团结、和谐,是否有活力,和班主任有十分密切的关系。学生是否能够成为德智体全面发展的一代新人,很大程度上取决于班主任工作的好坏。
In the actual practice of teaching and learning, some high school class teachers are confused by the great effort they put into class management, but the results are not obvious enough and exhausted. One of the important reasons is that we can not do more with less without giving full play to the incentive function of the class collective. Therefore, how to exert class collective motivation has great significance both for the deepening of education reform and for the development of class collective theory and practice. Class teacher is the organizer of the class work, managers and planners, a class is unity, harmony, vitality, and the teacher has a very close relationship. Whether a student can become a new generation with all-round development in morality and intelligence depends very much on the quality of the class teacher’s work.
