Many components on the efficient turbine section naturally work at temperatures up to 1371 degrees Celsius. However, during the machining of parts, high temperatures are an obstacle to these delicate parts. Therefore, people are always looking for ways to reduce the heat generated during the cutting process. Because most alloys, as major components, work quickly at high temperatures and deteriorate rapidly, superalloys, such as Rene’80 and other nickel-chromium and nickel-chromium-cobalt alloys, are often used as the main Flat parts. Figure 1 shows. These parts are difficult to grind due to their toughness and hardness, but grinding is often used to determine the final shape.
