报道用激光二极管泵浦的Nd：YVO4－KTP折叠腔内情频激光器，实现了532nm的激光输出，功率130mW，光—光转换效率11％，激光阈值＜90mW。研究了倍频光的输出特性，讨论了腔内基波光对倍频光的影响因素。
The laser diode pump-pumped Nd: YVO4-KTP cavity frequency laser was reported to achieve a laser output of 532nm with a power of 130mW, a light-to-light conversion efficiency of 11% and a laser threshold of <90mW. The output characteristics of frequency doubling light are studied. The factors that affect the frequency doubling light are discussed.
