采用切削力模拟实验方法研究了重型刀具破损过程中切削力信号的变化规律，认为切削抗力及进给抗力对刀具破损较为敏感，且两者综合反映刀具破损的效果比较理想，因此可用在对刀具破损监控上。新设计了能够满足使用要求的应变式传感器
