目的:通过改进成分制备方法等措施,降低溶血血浆报废率。方法:统计溶血血浆报废情况,分析溶血血浆报废率增高的原因。结果:194袋溶血血浆与季节、制备温度和制备时间等有关,采取措施后报废率由0.049%降低至0.001%。结论:经加强人员培训,控制制备温度和适当延长制备时间等措施,2011年2月后溶血血浆明显减少。
Objective: To improve the rejection rate of hemolysis plasma by improving the methods of preparation of ingredients and so on.
