对氨基水楊酸鈣(簡称P.A.S.Ca),是治疗結核病比較理想的新药,一般有二种不同的分子式,即美国药典15版记载的可溶性P.A.s.Ca(G_(14)H_(12)CaN_2O_6),以及日本药局方第七版中記載的不溶性P.A.S.Ca(C_(14)H_(10)N_2O_6Ca·7H_2O)。日本商名称为“日巴斯鈣”。目前国内使用的大多数是日本田边制莉社生产的不溶性P.A.S.Ca。利用重氮化反应进行快速测定的方法。經我們多次操作的经验,發现可以用氯化铵代替醋酸来溶解对氨基水楊酸鈣。並且有如下的优点:(1)可以增加对氨基水楊酸鈣在溶液中的溶解度;(2)可以避免醋酸的刺激性气味。
