近年来,国内外已开始利用电子计算技术,分析研究凿岩机等气动工具的工作性能。这一研究成果在实际设计中的应用,为进一步改进气动工具,提高其工作效率,开辟了一条切实有效的途径。我们运用电子计算机程序模拟的方法(简称电算模拟法),深入研究无阀冲击器内部工作的动力过程,对原设计作出较为全面的理论分析,电算得到不同结构参数条件下的气室压力和活塞运动的变化曲线,以及冲击次数、冲击能量、耗气量等工作性能参数。并且与实测结果进行比较,得到了令人满意的结果。
