目的:探讨维吾尔族胎儿体重超声预测公式及验证其准确性。方法:对符合纳入标准的404例维吾尔族胎儿通过B超进行测量其双顶径、腹围及股骨长各指标值,运用SPSS17.0软件包对所测指标值及其实际体重进行统计学处理,采用线性回归方程的拟合,推导出维吾尔族胎儿体重的预测公式,再与使用相同指标值的常用公式对二者符合率进行X2检验,P<0.05为差别具有统计学意义。结果:应用维吾尔族超声测量胎儿参数推导的体重预测公式EFW1=30.343×FL+23.077×BPD+12.909×AC-5336.20,P<0.001,具有统计学意义;其符合率为68.3%,与目前常用EFW2=1.07×BPD3+0.3×AC2×FL比较符合率(66.3%)差别无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:本次研究所得维吾尔族胎儿体重预测公式与现有体重预测公式对于维吾尔族胎儿体重的估计无统计学差别,均具有较好的准确性,适宜于维吾尔族孕妇分娩临床参考。
Objective: To investigate the prediction formula of Uygur fetus weight and verify its accuracy. Methods: Forty-four Uygur fetuses who met the inclusion criteria were measured by B-mode ultrasonography. The indexes of biparietal diameter, abdominal circumference and femur length were measured. SPSS 17.0 software package was used to analyze the measured values and their actual body weights , Using linear regression equation fitting, derived Uighur fetus weight prediction formula, and then with the same index value of the commonly used formula for the two coincidence rate X2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results: The body weight prediction formula EFW1 was 30.343 × FL + 23.077 × BPD + 12.909 × AC-5336.20, P <0.001, which was statistically significant. The coincidence rate was 68.3% = 1.07 × BPD3 + 0.3 × AC2 × FL (66.3%), the difference was not statistically significant, P> 0.05. CONCLUSION: The Uygur fetus body weight prediction formula and the existing body weight prediction formula have no significant difference in the estimation of Uygur fetus body weight, which is of good accuracy and suitable for the clinical reference of Uigur pregnant women.
