铁路工程项目高效实施的关键在于物资供应商的管理,而供应商的绩效评价则是供应商管理中的核心内容。为保证铁路工程达到高效率、低成本的目标,建立铁路物资供应商绩效评价体系是很有必要的。本研究基于平衡计分卡(BSC)方法,根据铁路工程的实施特点,以财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长一级指标为基础,构建多个二级评价指标,完善铁路物资供应商绩效评价体系。
The key to the efficient implementation of railway projects lies in the management of material suppliers, and the supplier performance evaluation is the core of supplier management. In order to achieve the goal of high efficiency and low cost of railway engineering, it is necessary to set up a system to evaluate the performance of railway material suppliers.
