正交试验法优选丹参水溶性成分提取工艺

目的优选丹参的最佳水提取工艺。方法以原儿茶醛为指标性成分,采用正交试验法优选最佳提取工艺及其条件,选用L9(34)进行试验,并采用高效液相色谱法测定提取量。结果最佳提取工艺为将药材粉末加8倍量水浸泡2.0h,煎1.5h。结论该提取工艺所得的原儿茶醛量高。并经验证,合理可行。 Objective To optimize the optimal water extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods Protocatechuic aldehyde was used as the index component. The optimum extraction process and conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. L9 (34) was selected for the experiment, and the extraction amount was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The best extraction process was to soak herbal powder with 8 times amount of water for 2.0 hours and fry for 1.5 hours. Conclusion The amount of protocatechuic aldehyde obtained by this extraction process is high. After verification, it is reasonable and feasible.
