以天然氯化血红素为原料,经过脱铁酯化、水解及络合锌离子,合成了锌卟啉配合物,以三聚氯氰为桥联剂将其负载于羟基功能化的纤维素磁微球载体表面,制成负载型锌卟啉仿酶催化剂.通过紫外-可见(UV-Vis)分光光度计、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对催化剂进行表征.考察了不同条件该催化剂对对苯二酚(HQ)光催化降解作用的影响.结果表明,在模拟太阳光照射下,当催化剂用量20 mg、HQ初始浓度20 mg·L-1及pH值为6.5的条件下,6 h后HQ的降解率达到95.52%,催化剂重复使用10次后,降解率仍可达86%以上.
