本文在光学显微镜下观察和测定了己酮可可碱和２脱氧腺苷在体外对冷冻复温后精液精子的活率、活力及其毛细管穿透值的影响。结果：两者均能提高上述三项参数。其最适浓度分别为４．０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ、２．０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，与对照组比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。两组间比较，２脱氧腺苷优于己酮可可碱（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
The effects of pentoxifylline and 2-deoxyadenosine on the sperm motility and capillary permeability after freezing and rewarming in vitro were observed and measured under a light microscope. Results: Both can improve the above three parameters. The optimal concentration was 4.0mmol / L, 2.0mmol / L, compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0.01). Comparison between the two groups, 2-deoxyadenosine better than pentoxifylline (P <0.01).
