主要从国内外的比较、职前培养、继续教育等方面分析了我国体育教师教育的研究现状。认为前人的研究概念模糊,体育教师职前培养、入职培训和职后研修的研究相分离,对象单一,方法集中于理论研究。提出在新时期的研究中应该加深对基本概念的理解,拓宽研究视角,理论联系实践,构建适合不同地区体育教师教育的不同发展模式,加强偏远农村地区教师教育的研究。
Mainly from the comparison at home and abroad, pre-service training, continuing education and other aspects of the analysis of China’s PE teacher education research. It is considered that the concept of predecessors’ research is vague, the pre-service training of PE teachers, on-the-job training and after-service training are separated, the object is single, and the method is concentrated on theoretical research. It is suggested that we should deepen the understanding of basic concepts, broaden the perspective of research, link theory with practice, construct different development modes suitable for PE teachers’ education in different regions and strengthen the research of teacher education in rural areas in remote areas.
