From November 1989 to April 1992, 68 cases of acute renal failure caused by hemorrhagic fever were treated in our hospital. The clinical features of serum potassium in oliguria were briefly analyzed as follows. 68 cases of clinical data, 61 males and 7 females, aged 19 to 67 years.
