采用小角X射线散射(SAXS)法和偏光显微镜法测定不同组分比的聚四甲基苯撑硅氧烷(TMPS)与1,2聚丁二烯(PB)共混物的长周期、晶片厚度、无定形厚度及一维结晶度等超分子结构参数及球晶生长形态。结果表明,TMPS/PB共混物组分比和热历史,将影响系统中非晶共混物不同程度的微相分离及相倒转;相倒转又影响了系统中结晶相TMPS晶体的生成条件,使共混物的上述超分子结构参数产生了不连续的变化。偏光显微镜照片表明,TMPS/PB共混物是非晶态分散在球晶中,这与R·S·Stein提出的非晶态分散在球晶中的模型相似。
The long period of poly (tetramethylphenylene siloxane) (TMPS) and 1,2-polybutadiene (PB) blends with different composition ratio were determined by small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and polarized light microscopy Thickness, amorphous thickness and one-dimensional crystallinity and other supramolecular structure parameters and spherulite growth morphology. Polarizing microscope photographs show that the TMPS / PB blend is amorphous dispersed in the spherulites, similar to the SRS Stein model of amorphous spherulites.
