目的研究血清Nesfatin-1和T2DM患者合并动脉粥样硬化发展的关系。方法根据动脉彩色多普勒超声显像将90例T2DM患者分为单纯T2DM组44例,以及T2DM合并动脉粥样硬化组46例。测定两组血清Nesfatin-1、FPG、FIns、HbA_1c、血脂、C-RP,计算BMI及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 T2DM合并动脉粥样硬化组血清Nesfatin-1水平低于单纯T2DM组[(0.86±0.45)vs(0.91±0.36)ng/ml,P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,血清Nesfatin-1与BMI、HOMA-IR、C-RP、动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)呈负相关(r=-0.241、-0.062、-0.157、-0.237,P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,BMI、IMT是血清Nesfatin-1的独立相关因素。结论血清Nesfatin-1水平和T2DM合并动脉粥样硬化症的发展及严重程度相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum Nesfatin-1 and T2DM in patients with atherosclerosis. Methods According to arterial color Doppler ultrasound imaging, 90 patients with T2DM were divided into simple T2DM group (44 cases) and T2DM combined with atherosclerosis group (46 cases). Serum levels of Nesfatin-1, FPG, FIns, HbA 1c, lipids and C-RP were measured and BMI and HOMA-IR were calculated. Results The level of serum Nesfatin-1 in T2DM with atherosclerosis was lower than that in T2DM alone [(0.86 ± 0.45) vs (0.91 ± 0.36) ng / ml, P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Nesfatin-1 was negatively correlated with BMI, HOMA-IR, C-RP and IMT (r = -0.241, -0.062, -0.157, -0.237, P <0.05 ). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that BMI and IMT were independent correlates of serum Nesfatin-1. Conclusion The serum Nesfatin-1 level is correlated with the development and severity of T2DM with atherosclerosis.
