目的 :探讨多发性脑梗塞 (MCI)大鼠纹旁区一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的变化及神经生长因子 (NGF)和精制蝮蛇抗栓酶 3号 (Svate- 3)联合应用对 MCI大鼠纹旁区的作用。方法 :选用 Wistar大鼠 ,应用微栓子栓塞阻断法建立多发性脑梗塞性缺血模型 ,用 NADPH- d组化方法、透射电镜技术并结合显微图像分析技术。结果 :实验组 NOS阳性反应物平均灰度值与实验对照组比较明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :NGF和 Svate- 3联合应用可使 MCI大鼠纹旁区 NOS阳性反应物明显增多 ,对 MCI有一定的治疗作用
Objective: To investigate the changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the rat cerebellar multiple cerebral infarction (MCI) rats and the effect of NGF and Svate-3 on MCI Parasitological effects in rats. Methods: Wistar rats were selected. The model of multiple cerebral infarction was established by occlusion of microembolic embolism. NADPH-d grouping, transmission electron microscopy and microscopic image analysis were used. Results: The average gray value of NOS positive reaction in experimental group was significantly lower than that in experimental group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of NGF and Svate-3 can significantly increase the number of NOS-positive neurons in the parasignin of MCI rats and have a certain therapeutic effect on MCI
