本试验以可变电荷矿物专性吸附磷作为唯一磷源 ,制成选择性培养基。磷的有效性以矿物吸附磷的饱和度表示 ,分别为 0 ,2 5% ,75% ,10 0 %。以 30年茶树根际红壤制成悬液接种。在磷有效性较低 ( 2 5%磷饱和度 )的矿物培养基上筛选出能够稳定生长的高效微生物菌株 (简称高效菌 ,PEMS)。然后通过革兰氏染色、芽孢培养和染色、光学和电子显微镜观察、氧化酶反应、最佳温度及最适pH测定 ,初步鉴定该菌为莫拉氏菌属 (Moraxellawlweff)。
In this experiment, variable charge mineral adsorbed phosphorus as the only phosphorus source, made of selective medium. Phosphorus effectiveness is expressed as the saturation of mineral-adsorbed phosphorus, respectively 0, 25%, 75%, 100%. To 30 years tea Rhizosphere red suspension made of inoculation. The strain was then identified as Moraxella wlweff by Gram stain, spore culture and staining, optical and electron microscopy, oxidase reaction, optimum temperature and pH determination.
