介绍了大量经不同处理的Cr18Ni9型不锈钢试样的EPR数据测试结果,并基于这些结果对以Strauss测试为基础建立的RochaTTS-S图进行了修正,修正后的关系图符合实验结果,并得到以下结论:①修正后TTS-S图的晶间腐蚀区域大于Rocha图中的晶间腐蚀区域;修正后的TTS-S图中的Tm线高于Rocha图中的Tm线。②当游离碳小于0.06%时,修正后TTS-S图上的各Tm点比Rocha图上的各Tm点发生的时间短,相应各C形曲线前移;当游离碳大于0.06%时,修正后TTS-S图上的各Tm点比Rocha图上的各Tm点发生的时间长。③修正后TTS-S图上的稳定性数值S比Rocha图上的S值低4×10-5。
The EPR data of a large number of different treated Cr18Ni9 stainless steel samples are introduced and the RochaTTS-S map based on the Strauss test is revised based on these results. The corrected relationship is in agreement with the experimental results and the following results are obtained Conclusion: (1) The corrected intergranular corrosion area of TTS-S diagram is larger than the intergranular corrosion area of Rocha chart. The Tm line in the modified TTS-S diagram is higher than the Tm line in Rocha diagram. ② When the free carbon is less than 0.06%, the corrected TTS-S maps show that each Tm point is shorter than the Tm points on the Rocha chart and the corresponding C-shaped curves move forward. When the free carbon is greater than 0.06 %, The Tm points on the TTS-S map after correction are longer than the Tm points on the Rocha chart. ③ After correction, the stability value S on the TTS-S graph is 4 × 10-5 lower than the S value on the Rocha graph.
