随着国有企业的不断发展和进步,绩效管理越来越被重视和应用。绩效考核作为绩效管理的重要手段,在薪酬、晋升、培训等方面发挥了巨大作用,但是在应用的过程中又出现了很多问题,影响了绩效考核的效果。如何能够解决这些问题,激发员工的积极性,提高绩效管理水平,是绩效考核研究的主要问题。本文分析了国有企业绩效考核现状和影响绩效考核发挥作用的问题及原因,提出了具有实际指导意义的对策。
With the continuous development and progress of state-owned enterprises, performance management is more and more valued and applied. Performance appraisal, as an important means of performance management, has played a great role in salary, promotion and training, but many problems appeared in the process of application, which affected the performance of performance appraisal. How to solve these problems, to stimulate the enthusiasm of staff and to improve the performance management level are the main problems in performance appraisal research. This article analyzes the status quo of state-owned enterprises performance appraisal and the problems and reasons that affect the performance appraisal, and puts forward countermeasures that have practical significance.
