目的:研究苣荬菜的甾体和酚类化学成分,为阐明其有效成分和植物化学分类学提供依据。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex-LH-20及Rp-18等柱层析色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,应用波谱解析和理化常数对照方法鉴定其结构.结果:分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β,5α,8α-三醇(1),豆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(2),豆甾-5,22-烯-3β,7α-二醇(3),豆甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(4),豆甾-6β-羟基-4,22-二烯-3-酮(5),谷甾醇(6),胡萝卜苷(7),异东莨宕葶(8),七叶内酯(9),大黄素(10),洋芹素(11)。结论:化合物1-5,8-10均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,此类甾体和酚醇可作为该属植物化学分类学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the steroid and phenolic compounds in the subtropical cabbage, and to provide a basis for elucidating its active constituents and phytochemical taxonomy. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and Rp-18, and their structures were identified by spectral analysis and physico-chemical constants comparison.Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as: (2), stigmasterol-5,22-ene-3β, 5α, 8α-triol 7-diol (3), stigmaster-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (4), stigmaster-6β-hydroxy- , Sitosterol (6), daucosterol (7), iso-defensin (8), esculetin (9), emodin (10) and celeryin (11). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-5 and 8-10 are isolated from this genus for the first time. These steroids and phenols can be used as chemical taxonomic basis for this genus.
