Total, EdF and Texaco intend to jointly build an IGCC plant at the 16Mt / a Gonfreville refinery in Normandy, France. The total investment of this project is 4 × 109FF (35% -40%, 30% -35% and 20% -25% respectively), which is planned to be set at 200
