用电容法测量油膜厚度,是一种沿革很久的技术,但用来测量弹流润滑状态下的膜厚,则是到1965年鲁威基(Lewicki)才开始尝试的。后经克鲁克(Crook)特别是戴森(Dyson)等人所改进,和光干涉测量膜厚法一样,电容测量法是弹流膜厚测量技术中积累数据最多、使用经验最丰富的一种方法。关于弹流膜厚电容测量法的一般原理,很多文献[1~7]中已有详尽的叙述。本文只介绍下列几个问题。
Measuring the thickness of the oil film using the capacitance method is a long-established technique, but it was not until 1965 that Lewicki began trying to measure the thickness of the film in the state of elastohydrodynamics. After improved by Crook, especially Dyson and others, capacitance measurement is the most accumulated and experienced one of the most accumulated data in Elastomere thickness measurement method. The general principles of elastohydrodynamic measurement of thick films have been exhaustively described in many papers [1 ~ 7]. This article only describes the following questions.
