在萝卜杂优利用研究中,提高F1的品质已成为重要育种目标。为提高育种效率,增加组合选配的预见性,我们对亲本系及轮配组合的VC、还原糖、淀粉酶等几个生化指标进行了测定。结果表明,萝卜亲本系的VC、淀粉酶含量的一般配合力差异极显著;组合间VC、淀粉酶、还原糖含量的特殊配合力差异也极显著;上述3个指标的正反交效应差异不显著。因此,可初步认为,在萝卜优质育种中,采取杂种优势育种是可行的途径,有可能在选择一般配合力高的亲本系的基础上,再选配特殊配合力高的组合,实现优质育种的目标。
In radish heterosis utilization research, to improve the quality of F1 has become an important breeding goal. In order to improve the breeding efficiency and increase the foresight of combination and selection, we measured the biochemical indexes of VC, reducing sugar, amylase and so on in the parental lines and the round combinations. The results showed that there were significant differences in the general combining ability of VC and amylase content in the parental lines of radish. The differences in the special combining ability of VC, amylase and reducing sugar content among the combinations were also significant. The positive and negative cross effects of the above three indexes were not significantly different Significant. Therefore, it can be preliminarily thought that adopting heterosis breeding is a feasible way in high-quality radish breeding. It is possible to select high-yielding parent lines and then select combinations with high combining ability to achieve high-quality breeding aims.
