消防部队的执行力直接关系着整个消防部门的内部管理及处理火情灾情的效果。一支优秀的消防部门一定拥有良好的执行力,也一定具备良好的内容管理机制。现代管理学认为,一个成功的组织有50%以上是取决于它的执行力,执行力对推进消防部队的发展与成长具有重要的意义。本文主要讨论当前消防部门应如何提升自己的执行力,让自己可以在现代社会中更好的发展并为之做出贡献。
The execution of the fire brigade is directly related to the internal management of the entire fire department and the effect of dealing with the fire disaster. A good fire department must have good execution, it must have a good content management mechanism. Modern management believes that a successful organization of more than 50% depends on its execution, implementation of the fire force to promote the development and growth of great significance. This article mainly discusses how the current fire department should enhance its execution ability so that it can better develop and contribute to the modern society.
