在水槽内利用流场可视化的方法,试验研究了在横流风机叶栅及外部边界的共同作用下,二维无源流场的形成机理。试验研究了不同外部边界、蜗舌对横流风机内部流场的影响,基本上搞清了横流风机的工作原理及产生反风(倒流)现象的原因,并提出了控制反风的方法。对横流风机的设计有一定的参考价值。
Using the method of visualization of flow field in a water tank, the formation mechanism of two-dimensional passive flow field is experimentally studied under the joint action of the cross flow fan cascade and the outer boundary. The influence of different external boundaries and volute tongue on the internal flow field of cross flow fan was experimentally studied. The working principle of cross flow fan and the reason of generating anti-wind (reverse flow) were basically clarified and the method of controlling the anti-wind was put forward. The design of cross-flow fans have a certain reference value.
