以船用舵和舵杆的低压铸造为例,介绍了石墨型低压铸造和砂型低压铸造中浇注位置选择、工艺参数选择的方法,论述了低压铸造技术在铸件成本、质量控制等方面的优势,从而进一步说明了低压铸造技术在船用铸件生产中的合理性。
Taking the low-pressure casting of ship’s rudder and rudder stock for example, the methods of selecting the pouring location and selecting process parameters in graphite low pressure casting and sand low pressure casting are introduced, and the advantage of low pressure casting technology in casting cost and quality control is discussed. Further illustrates the rationality of low-pressure casting technology in the production of marine castings.
