一、测评概况本次调查由上海市质量技术监督局12365申诉举报中心委托上海市质协用户评价中心承担,调查时间为2015年5月到8月,调查范围涉及国内外15个主要智能手机品牌,覆盖了上海市场约90%的市场(见表1),涉及6个销售实体店和7个网上商城。调查采用网络舆情、电话访问、网络调查、面访和投诉回访等方
I. Survey Overview This survey was entrusted by the Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision User Evaluation Center of Shanghai Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau 12365, and the investigation time was from May to August 2015. The survey covered 15 major smart phone brands at home and abroad. It covers about 90% of the Shanghai market (see Table 1) and involves 6 sales entities and 7 online malls. The survey uses online public opinion, telephone interviews, internet surveys, interviews, complaints, etc.
