本文研究了23例异基因骨髓移植病人,所输入骨髓的造血干细胞(CFU—MIX)及红,粒系祖细胞(BFU一E、CFU—GM)的总量与移植后病人血粒细胞恢复的关系。发现移植后血粒细胞恢复的速度与接受CFU—MIX和CFU一GM的总量密切相关、而与输入的骨髓有核细胞、BFU—E总数无关。提示输入的CFU—MIX和CFU一GM在造血重建中起重要作用,测定其含量可预测移植后造血重建的速度及体外去除与移植无关细胞操作的效应。
In this study, 23 patients with allogeneic bone marrow transplantation, the total amount of bone marrow-derived hematopoietic stem cells (CFU-MIX) and red and granulocyte-derived progenitor cells (BFU-E and CFU-GM) relationship. Found that the rate of recovery of granulocytes after transplantation was closely related to the total amount of CFU-MIX and CFU-GM, but not to the total number of imported bone marrow nucleated cells and BFU-E. It is suggested that the input of CFU-MIX and CFU-GM plays an important role in hematopoietic reconstitution. The determination of the content of CFU-MIX and CFU-GM can predict the rate of hematopoietic reconstitution after transplantation and the effect of removing and transplanting irrelevant cells in vitro.
