目前,高职院校校企合作人才培养工作浮于表面,难于深入,表现在企业对校企合作人才培养工作兴趣不高、学生沦为企业利用其劳动力挣钱的工具、校企合作有与人才培养工作脱钩的现象,人才培养工作有反校企合作倾向。原因在于高职院校人才培养工作的前瞻性和企业追求眼前利益之间、高职院校人才培养工作的泛社会性和企业发展的个体性之间、高端技能型人才的内在要求与企业核心竞争力保持之间存在不可调和的矛盾。化解策略是高职院校要实施高级现代学徒制改革,对教学模式进行调整,努力提升自身的科研实力。
