现代短跑运动训练强调以髋关节快速前伸、摆动腿积极落地技术为发展核心,目前专门围绕以快速伸髋和积极着地技术为核心进行专项身体素质训练的理论探讨不多。本文笔者结合多年实践训练经验,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法提出以伸髋和积极着地技术为导向的短跑专项身体素质训练理念及具体训练方法,致力于在训练过程中以研究伸髋和积极着地技术为导向,通过发展学生髋关节灵活性,臀大肌、躯干和上肢力量练习,保障学生全程跑节奏合理,途中跑技术不变形,从而有效提升运动员短跑成绩,为当前处于短跑训练实践一线的教练员和老师们尝试提供新的训练思路和参考。
In modern sprint training, emphasis is placed on the rapid development of the hip joint and the active landing of the swing leg as the core of the development. Currently, there are few discussions on the theory of specialized physical fitness training centered on rapid hip extension and positive land-based techniques. In this paper, the author combined years of practical training experience, the use of documentary data, expert interview, fieldwork method proposed hip extension and positive technology for the guidance of the sprint special physical fitness training concepts and specific training methods, committed to the training process to study Hip extension and positive land-oriented technology, through the development of student hip flexibilities, gluteus maximus, trunk and upper extremity exercises to ensure that students run a reasonable pace, en route without deformation techniques to effectively improve athletes sprint performance for the current in Sprint training practice front-line coaches and teachers try to provide new training ideas and references.
