通过深入分析存在牛顿和假塑性流体流型热输原油管道的流动特征,本文给出管道中可能出现的43种流型流态组合图,并在此基础上建立了用数值方法计算工艺参数的数学模型。所采用的分段法考虑了热容、粘度、水力坡降等参数在沿程各段的变化,因而提高了计算精度,而在计算模型中采用的二分法提高了计算速度。
Through in-depth analysis of the flow characteristics of Newtonian and pseudo-plastic fluid flow heat transfer crude oil pipelines, this paper gives a combination of 43 flow patterns that may appear in the pipeline, and on this basis established a numerical method to calculate the process parameters mathematical model. The adopted segmentation method takes into account the changes of heat capacity, viscosity, hydraulic gradient and other parameters in each section along the road, thus improving the calculation accuracy. However, the dichotomy method used in the calculation model increases the calculation speed.
