研究了 Eu—Gd—TTA—TOPO—TritonX-100体系的共发光效应,即加入 Gd~(3+)离子可使 Eu—TTA—TOPO—TritonX—100体系中 Eu~(3+)的特征荧光强度大大增强,该体系可用来测定痕量铕。Eu~(3+)在1.0×10~(-10)—1.0×10~(-7)mol/L 范围内与其荧光强度呈线性关系。Eu~(3+)的检出限为1.0×10~(-11)mol/L,比无 Gd~(3+)存在时体系的检出限约降低两个数量级。
The co-luminescence effect of Eu-Gd-TTA-TOPO-TritonX-100 system was studied. The addition of Gd ~ (3+) ions can make Eu ~ TTA-TOPO-TritonX- The strength is greatly enhanced and the system can be used to determine trace amounts of europium. The fluorescence intensity of Eu ~ (3+) showed a linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity in the range of 1.0 × 10 -10 -1.0 × 10 -7 mol / L. The detection limit of Eu 3+ was 1.0 × 10 ~ (-11) mol / L, which was about two orders of magnitude lower than that of the system without Gd 3+.
