医患纠纷事件的频繁发生,特别是近年来,“医闹”的出现使这问题更为突出,医患关系成为社会关注的焦点问题。医患矛盾出现激化趋势,严重扰乱了正常的医疗秩序,同时也制约了医疗事业的发展。如何采取有效的措施防范医疗纠纷,防止医患矛盾的扩大化,日益为众多医疗机构所关注。笔者就我院在2007～2009年间发生的医患纠纷原因进行分析,提出防范措施和处理对策。
Frequent occurrence of disputes between doctors and patients, especially in recent years, the emergence of “medical trouble” makes this issue more prominent, doctor-patient relationship has become the focus of social concern. The intensification of the contradiction between doctors and patients tends to disrupt the normal medical order and at the same time restrict the development of medical undertakings. How to take effective measures to prevent medical disputes and prevent the contradictions between doctors and patients from expanding is increasingly concerned by many medical institutions. The author analyzes the causes of disputes between doctors and patients in our hospital from 2007 to 2009, puts forward preventive measures and countermeasures.
