为了探寻模拟旋流喷嘴外部流动的新方法,对传统用于研究固体颗粒问题的离散单元法进行改进,并对海水淡化旋流喷嘴外部流场进行了模拟,研究了旋流喷嘴结构对其喷淋效果的影响。结果表明:用离散单元法来研究海水淡化喷嘴的喷淋特性具有一定可行性;切向旋流喷嘴中部宽度、出口宽度和中部折角对喷淋范围影响较大;在本文计算范围内中部高度、上部高度和入口高度对喷淋范围影响可以忽略。
In order to explore a new method to simulate the external flow of swirl nozzle, the discrete element method which is used to study the solid particle problem is improved. The flow field outside the desalination swirler is simulated. Effect of showering effect. The results show that it is feasible to study the spray characteristics of seawater desalination nozzles by the discrete element method. The influence of the middle width, the outlet width and the middle angle of the tangential swirl nozzle on the spray area is significant. In the calculation of the middle height, The influence of the height of the upper part and the entrance height on the spray area is negligible.
