本文针对典型三维矩形用孔零件装配,提出一种实用、简单的装配策略,并推导出了此装配策略用孔所产生接触状态的几何约束方程,为三维矩形销孔零件的成功装配提供了理论依据,同时,观察所得到的几何约束方程和实际接触系统的自由度数,可以发现两者在理论上是一致的。
In this paper, a practical and simple assembly strategy is proposed for the assembly of typical three-dimensional rectangular hole components. The geometric constraint equations of the contact states of the assembly strategy holes are derived, which provides a theoretical basis for the successful assembly of the three-dimensional rectangular pin hole components At the same time, observing the obtained geometric constraint equation and the degree of freedom of the actual contact system, we find that the two are theoretically consistent.
